Terms and Conditions
All cancellations and / or Rate Category Change claimed after payment must be notified in writing (by email) to the Registration Department (email -firstname.lastname@example.org)
The following policy will apply
Cancellations received in writing before April 1, 2021 are entitled to a 50% refund;
Cancellations received after April 1, 2021: no refund required
Rate Category Change Claimed After 1 Month From Payment - No Refund Due
All refunds will be made within three (3) months after the end of the event. Applications submitted after this period will not be considered. Refunds, when applicable, will be made to the same credit card used to pay for services;
Any participant initially registered as an individual, who is later sponsored by a Company, is not entitled to any refund;
Refunds will not be processed in the event that an Embassy / Consulate has rejected a Visa Application.
The Organizing Committee of the IFSCC 2021 Cancun, Mexico Conference reserves the right to cancel the congress in case of inclement weather or unexpected circumstances (such as earthquakes, typhoons, new influenza epidemics, etc.). In case of cancellation for the reasons, the registration fee will be refunded.
Transaction payments, administrative expenses and / or commissions are not refundable.
